Great concept, though I miss something in the image. Maybe enhancing a bit with exposure / saturation and other filters to bring the colours more alive would do. But that's just my opinion. The lips could use a little touch-up as well.

I love the eyes, maybe you did the lips like that one purpose, but i think the lips should have a little more color to them.. but the eyes look great..
